Terms of service
The service
Publish MCP lets you, and AI agents you authorise, publish to accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook Page, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky and Mastodon that you own or are allowed to manage.
Acceptable use
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- Follow the terms and rules of each platform you publish to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's terms, the Threads terms and TikTok's terms.
- Do not use the service to post unlawful, abusive, deceptive or spam content, or to get around a platform's limits.
- You are responsible for what is published through your account, including by your agent.
Your controls
- Public posting is off by default for every connected account. Only you can switch it on, in the app. While it is off, YouTube uploads stay private or unlisted, TikTok videos are posted only after you choose who can view them and confirm on a Publish MCP page, and Instagram, Facebook and Threads posts cannot be published.
- For every platform except YouTube, a post is previewed first and published only after a second confirm step.
Plans, billing and renewal
The free plan includes 1 portfolio and 20 posts per month. Paid plans are listed with their prices in US dollars on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.
Seller and payments
Publish MCP is a product of Ping Apps Lab, the seller of the service. Our order process is run by Paddle.com, our merchant of record and reseller. Paddle takes payment, collects and pays sales tax or VAT where required, issues invoices and handles payment queries. By buying a paid plan you also agree to Paddle's checkout buyer terms.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from the billing page in the app. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and the plan does not renew. Refunds follow our refund policy: a full refund of your first paid charge within 14 days.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the service is misused, and we may change or stop the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content published through your accounts, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, which is nothing on the free plan.
