Refund policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing page in the app. Access to your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the plan does not renew after that. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

14-day refund on your first paid charge

If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to the first charge on a monthly or yearly plan. Renewals are not refunded automatically, but write to us if you were charged after you meant to cancel and we will look at it.

How to ask

Email hello@pingappslab.com from the address you signed up with and say which charge. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
