Data deletion

Do it yourself

  • Disconnect an account or delete a portfolio from the app. This deletes the stored tokens and records for it. Disconnecting a YouTube channel also revokes access at Google.
  • You can also revoke access from the platform's own settings: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, TikTok in its Security and permissions settings, and Facebook, Instagram and Threads in your Meta settings. Disconnecting TikTok in Publish MCP also revokes its token with TikTok.

Automatic deletion for Meta and Threads

If you remove Publish MCP in your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, or ask Meta to delete your data, Meta calls our deauthorize and data-deletion callbacks. We then delete the connections linked to that platform account. A data-deletion request returns a confirmation code and a status page.

Delete everything

To delete your whole account, email hello@pingappslab.com from the email address on your account. We delete your user record, portfolios, connections and post records, and respond within 30 days.
